He holds a degree in Environmental Technology from the Federal Center of Technological Education of Rio Grande do Norte CEFET / RN (2005) current Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte – IFRN and Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of Rio Grande (UFRN / 2016). He worked as Technical Consultant / Environmental Analyst of the Environmental Defense Institute of Rio Grande do Norte – IDEMA / RN (2006 to 2007). In 2007, he started as an effective professor at the IFRN – Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte, as professor of Rural Management, in addition to “Organizational Management and Work Safety”. He became a Master of Production Engineering in 2008, graduated from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, UFRN. In 2010, he is transferred to the Campus Natal-Central, where he is currently professor of the Environmental Impact and Environmental Management disciplines for the Environmental Control Technical courses, as well as Introduction to Environmental Management, Environmental Audit for the Environmental Management Specialization course, doing part of the team of teachers who work in the Academic Directorate of Natural Resources. Coordinates the Superior Course of Technology in Environmental Management and is vice-leader of the Nucleus of Research NEDMA: Nucleus of Studies in Development and Environment, where researches are developed in Evaluation of Environmental Impacts, Environmental Management, Management and Recuperation of Degraded Areas and Indicators of sustainability. In 2012, he completed the Specialization in Environmental Licensing of Oil and Gas (IFRN) and in 2016 he completed his Doctorate in Development and Environment (Plenary Network Association) (UFPI / UFC / UFRN / UFPB / UFPE / UFS / UESC).
